Refund policy
Returns are only accepted for damaged or mislabeled items. Products go through a multi-step quality inspection process before shipping but mistakes can (rarely) happen.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else in your order, please email us at hello@shoprepartee.com and include a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We will respond with next steps.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
